months ago I put in six motions at the
direction of the lawyer for the Ninth
Circuit Court and the motions were
tonight but the good part about that is
that now I know what parts of my appeal
would be considered by these three
judges on the 9th Circuit Court so my
appeal is due on May 20th so I haven't
really lost anything I just I'm actually
gonna boil it down onto a better appeal
to possibly get a new trial based on
Sixth Amendment issues also I'm eligible
for compassionate release under the new
Second Chance Act Donald Trump and
Charles Kushner who is the father of
Jared Kushner put in his compassionate

look at it but he wants it a free
Western Hemisphere so the first one is
going to be Venezuela on the overthrow
of the the overthrow of the leader there
that the socialist leader there plus we
need the oil from Venezuela and next is
going to be Nicaragua and after that I
think he's going to be in Cuba not
necessarily in that order
but this is all part of the Trump
doctrine of a free Western atmosphere
and it's going to be has to do with the
overthrow of a first Maduro in Venezuela
and then replacing them with the the
other fellow chiaro you say it but I
predicted that months ago and we're
gonna see US military involvement I
think it's already there
it's just covert but overt military
involvement in Venezuela and Nicaragua
and quite possibly Cuba now on May 1st
and this is very interesting because
we've talked about the 70 year cycle of
prophecy and that we're in the 70th year
since the Jews return to Zion or since
Israel was formed or whatever and that
there's there's generational prophecies
of 30 years 40 years 70 years so on May
1st the waivers have all expired for
countries to buy oil from Iran Trump is
not renewing that plus our sanctions is
a 50 billion dollar loss now to Iran
also not only closing down Iran but
actually opening up markets for US oil
which is a lot more expensive but the
Iranians have now threatened to close
the Straits of Hormuz and if they do
that then we might just neutral or
attack Iran the streets are moves is
about 26 miles it's the same distances
as say Palos Verdes is from from
Catalina and if they say oh okay then if
they close the Straits of Hormuz then we
might possibly nuke them and if we knew
definite they might nuke Israel and
Russia of course is backing Iran and

and work forever but when an opposing
party took office the spoils of
political warfare were included and they
had hundreds of thousands of government
jobs where a new president can just hand
out to his supporters when he took
office and in 1883 the US Congress
passed what was called the Pendleton
Civil Service Reform Act which made it
harder for the President to basically
just fire all these ploys and create a
distinction between the rank-and-file
civil servants also known as the deep
state and political appointees that
serve at the pleasure of the President
beginning at the 20th century in the US
Congress extended those protections to
the heads of certain agencies as well as
including the Federal Reserve so the
critical flaw the Pendleton act is that
it created this administrative deep
state and it remains a gross violation
of the US Constitution that established
a government of co-equal branches called
the executive legislative and judicial
and they're not allowed to interfere or
CERP the power of anything of any of the
other branches but now with the
legislative branch clearly being in
violation of the executive branch by
dictating what's called an open it's a
blatant power grab and they've been able
to survive due to the judicial branch
joining with the legislative branch
against the executive but who's unholy
alliance is now directly threatened by a
president Trump whose weapon to restore
the full rightful power of the executive
branch is what they call the the unitary
executive which is what bar absolutely
believes in there have been mass troop
movements across the United States and
even the Russians a botanic about this
and the US government allowed the
Russians to fly probably their most
powerful spy satellite it's the only
satellite that's banned by the Open
Skies treaty so
the Russians could actually fly over the
United States to make sure that these
troop movements within the US are not a
threat to the Soviet Union so they had
to reassure Russia that there was no

threat here now I'm not exactly sure
what the troop movements are all about
are they about unleashing these eighty

are they about what's about to happen on
the border where Trump might just put

building a wall and I'm not exactly sure

on the Stephen Colbert show and I've
never seen I've never seen the exchange

kind of talk show that may be a
late-night comedy talk show that maybe
rolls out out of Nashville that really
talks about what's going on with America
