there's a schizophrenic mirroring and mirage goin on in this video .. we are repeatedly shown the text "non-material cultural heritage"
yet the footage shows scenes with intensely tactile skill applied to everyday stuffs ... Does the chinese mindset allow the taking of 'material cultural heritage' as long as it's things the natives themselves leave in peace and don't use ... like lithium, waterpower, etcetera, in exchange for the infrastructure 'needed' (another imposition really) to loot [and pollute with] it?
