i translated minute 30-33 of part 2 and posted it at intellectjuweel, the gist
is this:

sept 12th 91 will live on in infamy - AIPAC leader after Bush did a press conference to scare the lobby which was about to get a record aid package deal through congress (as they have just done again and many times over since then ... but at the time Bush scared them by spelling the figures out loud and waiting for the peephole to fall in step behind him (around 80%). that shut them up a little while but they managed to prevent a second term for him. Sonny boy of course, was no such hero .. he may well have feared for his life on the 11th 10 years later).
